Dirty martini with prawns

The briny, zesty characteristics of this sauce make it a lovely pairing for prawns.

For an epic prawn pasta ready in a flash, simply throw a handful of raw prawn meat (chopped) into a simmering dirty martini pasta sauce for a minute, followed by a knob of butter. Add pasta along with splash of cooking water. Give it a forceful stir (stir away those day’s worries) then zest over some lemon. And if you like it hot, a blob of chilli oil!
