Shipping

Flat rate shipping via Australia Post at $15 - $20 pending state location. Includes packaging. Pick up also available from Erskineville, Sydney NSW (Inner West, 2043). Address will be sent following purchase.

International shipping can be arranged but will need to be organised by emailing me direct so I can quote shipping costs.

If your order is lost or damaged in shipping, please contact us within 5 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.

Please note that we take great care when packing and sending our pieces, whilst every effort is made to assist you and proof of us having sent the piece is always available, we cannot take responsibility for items lost, damaged or misplaced by Australia Post.

Competition Terms & Conditions

Competition Period
The competition will run from Tuesday, June 17th, 2024 to Tuesday, August 6, 2024. Entries received outside this time frame will not be considered.

Prize

Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.
  • The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  • The winner must provide their contact details for prize delivery.

Prize Conditions

  • The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
  • The prize is subject to availability, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Data Protection and Publicity

  • Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  • The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Limitation of Liability

  • Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its employees.

General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
  • The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • This competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
