Mother’s Day 2026 Competition

Competition Period  

The competition closes 11:59pm AEST Saturday 9 May 2026. Entries received outside this time frame will not be considered. No purchase is necessary to enter. 

Eligibility  

Entrants must be Australian residents aged 18 years or older (and proof will be needed on delivery). By entering, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement. 

How to Enter  

To enter the competition, entrants must complete all of the following steps during the competition period: 

  1. Follow @saturdaynightpasta (https://www.instagram.com/saturdaynightpasta/) on Instagram.
  2. Follow @elizabethhewson (https://www.instagram.com/elizabethhewson/) on Instagram.
  3. Tag at least one (1) person in the comments of the competition post on either the @saturdaynightpasta or @elizabethhewson Instagram account. 

Entrants may earn one (1) additional entry by sharing the competition post to their Instagram Story and tagging either @saturdaynightpasta or @elizabethhewson so the entry can be verified and counted.

Entries that do not fulfil all three requirements will be deemed invalid. Each comment tagging a different person constitutes one (1) additional entry. Entrants must have a public Instagram account or the entry cannot be verified. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. By entering, entrants release Instagram from any liability in connection with this competition.

Winner Selection and Notification 

The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram on Sunday 10 May 2026. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The winner must provide their contact details and address for prize delivery. 

Prize Conditions 

The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. The prize is subject to availability, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 

Data Protection and Publicity 

Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. 

Limitation of Liability 

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its employees. 

General 

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. The Promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. This competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
