Uniquely crafted and original, this is our show-stopper sauce that is unlike anything on the shelves. A rich, flavour packed pasta sauce starring local Australian Talent - summer ripe, Roma Tomatoes, Archie Rose Native Botanical Vodka and Toolunka Estate Naturally Fermented Olive Brine. This sauce delivers a briny and zesty punch reminiscent of a classic dirty martini, Aussie style.

The original 375g size feeds 3 - 4 people. Dirty Martini also comes in our new 500g size. Best before date November 2025.

Ingredients

Australian Roma tomatoes (76%), extra virgin olive oil, onion, garlic, sugar, chilli, basil, rosemary, lemon, Toolunka Estate naturally fermented olive brine (2%), Archie Rose Vodka (1%), lemon myrtle leaves.

No preservatives added.

Due to the cooking process, the alcohol is almost cooked out, leaving the botanicals to flavour the sauce.

SERVING SUGGESTION
