Seafood Marinara with Home Base
Home Base sauce is great vehicle for seafood! When cooking the seafood, add the seafood in according to cooking times. The best way to do this is to separate the seafood mix based on cook time. Fish takes the longest, followed by prawns, mussels, pipis, followed by calamari, which takes no time at all.

300g seafood of your choice (such as prawn, calamari, fish, squid, mussels, pipis) or marinara mix
500g jar Home Base sauce
½ cup white wine
Zest of 1 lemon
Dried chilli, optional

METHOD
Bring a large saucepan of water to a lively boil and season as salty as the sea. Add pasta and cook until al dente.
Heat a deep heavy-based frying pan over medium high heat. Pour in your white wine and let it bubble up for 1 minute then pour in your home base sauce. Bring to a simmer and let it bubble along for 5 minutes. Add seafood in order according to cook time (fish first, calamari last). Give everything a stir and cook until everything is just cooked. Throw is pasta along with a splash of cooking water. Give it a forceful stir before turning off heat. Zest in lemon, a squeeze of juice, roughly chopped parsley and chilli flakes if using. Toss. Drizzle with extra olive oil just to say I love you.
