It's ready to enjoy on its own tossed through hot pasta, or prime to be elevated by adding further ingredients to create a sauce that's completely new.

Featuring Fiasco, a shiraz from the Adelaide Hills made with Sangiovese and Nebbiolo grapes, Fiasco boasts deep, juicy undertones, making it a perfect pair for the rich flavours of Australian iron bark-smoked garlic, sweet local roasted red peppers and Roma tomatoes.
