- Your choice of pasta sauce (500g) — Pick your flavour from our original lineup. Go bold and briny with the Dirty Martini, made with Archie Rose Native Botanical Vodka and Toolunka Estate olive brine. Keep it classic with Home Base, a slow-cooked summer tomato and basil. Go rich and smoky with Red, Red Wine, a full-bodied shiraz sauce with roasted peppers and smoked garlic. Or bring the heat with Some Like It Hot, starring Davidson plum, Dorrigo pepper, preserved lemon, and raw Australian honey.
- Your choice of dried pasta (375g) — Pair it with the shape that suits you. Pipette (Italian for little pipes) catches sauce in every ridge and curve. Trottoloni (spinning tops) twists and twirls to hold every drop. Tulipano (tulips) cups and cradles sauce like it was made for it — because it was. All slowly bronze-extruded and air-dried for 48 hours from Australian durum wheat semolina.

HOME BASE
Summer Tomato and Basil
Tomato and basil, it works. They belong together, they're home. This is our base for all kinds of sauces. Home Base Sauce is a rich and smooth, slow-cooked tomato and basil sauce made and bottled in the height of summer, when the local Australian tomatoes are bursting with flavour, and the basil most fragrant. It's ready to enjoy on its own tossed through hot pasta, or prime to be elevated by adding further ingredients to create a sauce that's completely new.
RED, RED WINE
Smokey, Robust, Full-Bodied
Don’t make me sing it! Red, Red wine is a full-bodied, velvety red wine sauce infused with the robust flavours of roasted peppers, smoked garlic, and tomatoes. Featuring Fiasco, a shiraz from the Adelaide Hills made with Sangiovese and Nebbiolo grapes, Fiasco boasts deep, juicy undertones, making it a perfect pair for the rich flavours of Australian iron bark-smoked garlic, sweet local roasted red peppers and Roma tomatoes. Elevate your Bolognese, slow-cooked ragus, or just like Neil Diamond sang, savour it on its own to sooth all your woes.

Lively, Spicy, Full of Character
Ziggy’s Wildfoods’ native hot sauce – made with Davidson plum and Dorrigo pepper – brings the heat (we give it a 7/10 heat level), while preserved lemon adds a citrusy lift, and raw Australian honey smooths it all out. To quote the movie we named it after, “Nobody’s perfect.” But this sauce? Pretty damn close.
DRIED PASTAS
Made from Australian, durum wheat semolina from the “Golden Triangle” area of NSW for Saturday Night Pasta. Our pastas are slowly extruded through bronze dies and gently air dried at low temperature for 48hrs, to preserve the nutritional benefits, the best taste and digestibility.
PIPETTE
In Italian, Pipette translates to little pipes. It is a short, rounded, ridge pasta built to capture the sauce in all its curves and crevices.
TROTTOLONI
In Italian, Trottoloni translates to spinning tops. This is a short, twirly pasta built to catch sauce in all its twists and curves.
TULIPANO
In Italian, Tulipano translates to tulips. A textured, cup-shaped pasta designed to cradle plenty of sauce. Like butter to bread, salt to pepper, every sauce needs a pasta.
