Sliced bread
Home Base pasta sauce
Cheese
Olive oil
Parmigiano Reggiano
Whatever filling you fancy (e.g. a can of butter beans, Vannella Cheese mozzarella and a thick spread of Bippi Foods chilli) -
METHOD
The key to a great jaffle is to generously brush your bread with olive oil then grate over Parmigiano Reggiano - on both bread and jaffle maker. Annoying to clean but results speak for themselves.
