We are thrilled to share a special collaboration with Pep – a pepper worth its salt. The SNP x Pep Pasta Night Kit brings together everything you need for an elevated, flavour-packed pasta experience at home.

At the heart of the kit is Pepcrumbs, a peppery pangrattato designed for pasta nights (and just about everything else). Crisp, peppery breadcrumbs for pasta, schnitzel,  salads, eggs, and roasted vegetables. Pep’s black pepper adds depth and gentle heat, balanced with garlic powder and yeast flakes for a cheesy, umami punch – a pantry hero that transforms everyday cooking.

Paired with Dirty Martini Pasta Sauce and Pipette Pasta, plus a Pep pepper grinder to finish, this bundle is perfect for anyone who loves bold, fuss-free flavour and a little kitchen magic. Ideal for gifting or keeping, it’s a collaboration made for flavour adventurers.

Ingredients

Pangrattato
Breadcrumbs (wheat flour, water, yeast)m, garlic powder. Pep Cambodian black pepper (Piper Nigrum), yeast flakes.

Pipette Pasta
100% Australian durum wheat semolina flour, water. Contains gluten, wheat. No added preservatives, colours or flavours.

Dirty Martini Sauce
Australian Roma tomatoes (76%), extra virgin olive oil, onion, garlic, sugar, chilli, basil, rosemary, lemon, Toolunka Estate naturally fermented olive brine (2%), Archie Rose Vodka (1%), lemon myrtle leaves.

No preservatives added. Due to the cooking process, the alcohol is almost cooked out, leaving the botanicals to flavour the sauce.

Recipes

Pangrattato Serving Suggestions
To use as a topper
Heat oil and fry Pepcrumbs until golden. Sprinkle over pasta, salads, eggs, or anything that needs a peppery, savoury crunch.

For crumbing
Swap out regular breadcrumbs for Pepcrumbs. Great for schnitzels, cutlets or any recipe that cutlets, or any recipe that calls for a crispy, seasoned coating.

Pipette Cooking Instructions 
Bring a large saucepan of water to a lively boil and season as salty as the sea. Add pasta and cook until al dente, 10-12 minutes. 

Dirty Martini Cooking Instructions
Simply bring your bottle of sauce to a gentle simmer, toss through hot, al dente pasta along with 100ml of cream, a generous splash of pasta cooking water, a knob of butter, and a shower of Parmigiano Reggiano. Give a forceful stir and watch it transform into a deliciously silky sauce.
