Featuring Fiasco, a shiraz from the Adelaide Hills made with Sangiovese and Nebbiolo grapes, Fiasco boasts deep, juicy undertones, making it a perfect pair for the rich flavours of Australian iron bark-smoked garlic, sweet local roasted red peppers and Roma tomatoes. Elevate your Bolognese, slow-cooked ragus, or just like Neil Diamond sang, savour it on its own to sooth all your woes.
