PASTA BOARD
This ridged pasta board has been designed by our founder, Elizabeth Hewson, and hand carved in Western Australia by a master wood marker exclusively for Saturday Night Pasta. The board is made from Jarrah, a wood that's native to Western Australia. Each piece is unique and features the Saturday Night Pasta logo. Thanks to the artisan nature, wood grain will vary piece to piece.
The board can be used for a number of different pasta shapes including cavatelli, malloreddus, garganelli, gnocchi and many more.
Each piece comes with a Saturday Night Pasta hessian bag for safe-keeping and protection.
PEP CRUMBS
A peppery pangrattato designed for pasta nights (and just about everything else). Crisp, peppery breadcrumbs for pasta, schnitzel, salads, eggs, and roasted vegetables. Pep’s black pepper adds depth and gentle heat, balanced with garlic powder and yeast flakes for a cheesy, umami punch – a pantry hero that transforms everyday cooking.

This sauce delivers a briny and zesty punch reminiscent of a classic dirty martini, Aussie style

Home Base Sauce is a rich and smooth, slow-cooked tomato and basil sauce made and bottled in the height of summer, when the local Australian tomatoes are bursting with flavour, and the basil most fragrant. It's ready to enjoy on its own tossed through hot pasta, or prime to be elevated by adding further ingredients to create a sauce that's completely new.

Don’t make me sing it! Red, Red wine is a full-bodied, velvety red wine sauce infused with the robust flavours of roasted peppers, smoked garlic, and tomatoes. Featuring Fiasco, a shiraz from the Adelaide Hills made with Sangiovese and Nebbiolo grapes, Fiasco boasts deep, juicy undertones, making it a perfect pair for the rich flavours of Australian iron bark-smoked garlic, sweet local roasted red peppers and Roma tomatoes. Elevate your Bolognese, slow-cooked ragus, or just like Neil Diamond sang, savour it on its own to sooth all your woes.
